When it was are last night in Yangshuo we went out to a fancy restaurant, they had some nice food. The weirdest food I ate was chicken feet and duck liver. The chicken feet where pretty good and the duck liver was just like soft meat (easy to chew).

The next day we caught another bullet train it went really fast, there was some good views. I did some homework and a bit of imaths (the game on my iPad) than I played bike baron and minecraft. Then we had to get ready to get off.

The next day we did not do much we mainly just looked around. The day after that we went to Disney land there was really fun roller coasters we watched a few parades a night one and a day one the night one was the night one was the best. After that was the  firework show there where so many fire works it would cost them about 2000 Australian dollars. And at the start there was special train to get there.

On Thursday we didn’t do much we mainly just did school work about three hours of it. I finished of a homework sheet (i only had the challenge left) I also did the imaths game I have 2 badges on most of them and 3 badges on two of them.

Yesterday we did a big bike ride we rode about 20 kilometres it was tiring. We rode from 9:30 to 4:30, we first stopped at a raft place (bamboo raft) we took it up stream all the way to the top than we went down stream down the rapids. The first one was scary than I got used to it. After we got back on the bike and rode to a little bench made out of wood I had a banana there than we got back on the bikes and rode to a water wheel it was cool how they made it. Than we went to a place to have lunch it was called the moon hill cafe the food was good there. After we finished we walked up to the moon hill it was exhausting but we made it, we saw rock climbers there they climbed upside down. Than we rode back to the bike hire place, when we got off we had sore bottoms from the sitting down. It was fun???

Sunday to Wednesday
On Sunday we went to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park we did some very long walks, it had some spectacular views. We walked for a long time, after that we took a bus to the biggest elevator in the world (it is 900 feet high). When we got up the top we had a look around at some of the views they were spectacular, We also went across a couple Bridges. After we did most of the lookouts we went back to the hostel it was a pretty good hostel. After we settled into our hostel we went good had dinner I had eggs soup noodles it was pretty good.

On Monday we had a look at few of the lookouts they were pretty cool after that we did a wapping 8000 steps down the mountain it was tiring. When we were close to the ground we had a few mandarins they were delicious, we could hear the water flowing down the stream then we go to the mini train to the end of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. After that we took a bus number 2 to our hostel it was fun, after we settled in to are rooms we went to the shop and got something to eat. Than we watched a movie than we went out to dinner.

On Tuesday we had breakfast in a bakery some of the things where good and some where not my favourite was the hand tear bread it was delicious after that we went back to the hostel and booked out. Than we took a taxi to the train station and booked bullet train tickets to Hong Kong, after that we took a plane to Guilin than drove to Yangshuo it took about and hour to get to the hostel. Than we settled in to are rooms, after that we went out for dinner I didn’t have much because I ate a 8 inch pizza it was very yummy.

30th of October we went on a cable car up the Tianmen mountain, it was very cold up there. The most coolest thing was the glass bottom walk way (a walkway you can see through), you can see all the way to the ground. We also saw some spectacular scenery it was very cool. The best part for me was the glass bottom walk way. Than we went on some really big escalators that went through mountains. My Dads favourite thing was the bus ride down the most swirly hill I have ever been on (I thought it was fun)??

31st of October we went on a fifteen kilometre walk it was very exhausting but amazing. We saw monkeys, a turtle, fish and a few birds it was cool and interesting what they did. We also went up the biggest elevator in the world I could not see much because their was too many people in the way. The view was where Avatar was designed, after that we did a big walk than caught the bus to where we are staying. We all had a fun day?? ??. The view was really good?.

Today we are going to Zhangijajie on a normal train it will take four and a half hours to get there. While we are on the train my sister and I are challenging my Dad in a not talking challenge until we get to are destination if we win we get all of his China coins.

25 to 27 of October

On the 25th to the 27th we went on a cruise, it was really fun. We got a VIP room because of the mix up. We where supposed to get two normal rooms but there was a confusion so we upgraded to a VIP room it was really cool, because we upgraded we got a VIP dining room (that’s where the VIPS go to eat). On the cruise there was a ping pong table my sister and I went there nearly every day. We also went and saw the biggest dam in the world it was big. We went to he three gorges dam I was interesting how they caught fish?? we also went to the biggest hydroelectric power station in the world.

25th October
Chongqing zoo

On the 25 of October we went to Chongqing zoo, we saw a lot of animals (I will name my favourites). The lions, monkeys, pandas, elephants and the lamas. After we saw most of them the animals we got a reminder of the zoo. We got a panda each they are very cuddly?.

24th October
Chongqing Cableway

On the 24th of October me and my dad played Pool my dad won by about 4 balls, we went on a cableway the view was amazingly good. It was fun to ride the cableway. When we got back we didn’t do much bet the day was fun. Later that night I played Pool with one of the counter workers I won after that I got these special cookies they where called 2+1 cookies they where delicious.

On the 23rd we took a plane from Xian to Chongqing it was a small flight compared to the others. When we got to are hotel we put are back packs on to the ground and had lunch. After we had lunch we went back and found a Pool table it was my first time playing, I thought I was doing pretty good.

22nd of October
On Friday we went to the Terracotta Warriors it was really cool. There is more than 7000 Terracotta Warriors and three pits. Pit one has the most Terracotta Warriors, pit two has the least and pit three has the second most. Facts: The Terracotta Warriors are more than 2200 years old and some of them still have colour but they keep them underground so the colour won’t fade away.

21st of October
On Thursday we did a 13 kilometre ride on a two person bike with my Mum (my Dad and Sister where on the other two person bike) The bike ride was on the city wall I took about two hours but it was really fun. Before we did the bike ride we did hot pot (hot pot is a pot with water in it and metal around the side to cook things on. We did it with my Dads Chinese teacher, it was really fun???

Yesterday we went on a bullet train it was really cool you will be amazed how fast it went.

On Friday we did some yoga with Cindy(one of the owners) and after that we went to the Temple of Heaven. And we spent a long time because people wanted photos with my sister. After that we made dumplings, they where very tasty.

On Saturday we went to the Summer Palace all day. The Summer Palace had a lot of people , the reason it is called the Summer Palace is because the Emporer came there in the Summer.

On Sunday we went to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City it was really crowed. Tiananmen Square is one of the worlds biggest a squares. The Forbidden city was really crowded and the reason it was called the Forbidden City was because only the Emporer and his family could go their.

Todoy we went to the Great Wall of china it was amazingly fun and cool. We walked 8 towers which is about 2 kilometres , very steep and tiring. I was the quickest to each tower , it was cool getting first view. To get up the top we took a chair lift.

After the Great Wall we went to the Beijing olyimpic grounds but we did not go inside.

After that we had lunch. For lunch we had dumplings they where so good…

we are about to go to beijing about a 3 hour flight it is very exciting

Yesterday we went to Ocean world. We saw a panda (it looked cuddley) , it moved around a lot and came close to me. About 2 metres from me.

We also watched a dolphin show and a bird show. In the bird show a bird flew about a centimetre away from me , it was a little scary.At the dolphin show some just jump and some do frontflips and backflips (one of the dolphins nearly did a double frontflip.
